Section 2(a) in The National Commission For Protection Of Child Rights Rules, 2006
(a)"Act" means the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006);(aa)[ "Audit Officer" means the Comptroller and Auditor General of India or any person appointed by him in connection with the audit of the accounts of the Commission;]
