No.1696 of 2021.

ORDER
The petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer of HMOP.No.599 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with HMOP No.1696 of 2021 pending on its file. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife.
2. Heard Mr.M.Jayaseelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Selvaperumal, learned counsel appearing for Mr.D.Kumaralingam, for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for the transfer petition being ordered as prayed for.
4.In view of the said statement, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.599 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, is transferred to the VI Additional Family Court, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Tr. CMP. No.374 of 2021 and CMP No.8642 of 2021 Chennai, to be tried along with HMOP No.1696 of 2021, pending on its file.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
