Section 15(4) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972
(4)Every matter coming before the market committee shall [subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 5,] [Inserted by the West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1981, 5, 11.] be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting in the meeting and in the case of equality of votes the president of the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
