19. Power of Police Officer to arrest without warrant.

- Any Police Officer not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector may at the request in writing of a [Veterinary Officer] [Substituted by Act No. 9 of 2008, dated 17.4.2008.] arrest, without warrant, any person who has been concerned in any offence under this Act.
