5. Periodicity of Inspection.
- The periodicity of inspection as stated under different scales, is the interval at which the installation/equipments/apparatus are to be tested, inspected, examined.Note-I - The Period governed by Annual Inspection shall be from 1st April to 31st March.Note-II - Under special circumstances, the actual interval for inspection would be fixed by Electrical Inspector, depending on the condition of installation on subject to the provision of Rule 46 I.E. Rules, 1956.
