Section 60 in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
60. Removal of difficulties.-(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of
this Act, the Government may by order published in the Gazette do anything not inconsistentwiththeprovisionsofthisAct,whichappearstothemtobenecessary orexpedientforremovingthe difficulty:Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiration of threeyears from the date on which this Act comes into force.(2)Every order published under this section shall, as soon as may be after itspublication, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
