(2)[ Where a member of the committee ceases to be such member by reason of his incurring the disqualification under Clause (b) of sub¬section (1) of Section 21-A or where a delegate of a society ceases to be such delegate by reason of his incurring the disqualification under Item (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 21-A, he shall not be entitled for being chosen against a member of the committee on the removal of the said disqualification, unless a period of one year has elapsed from the date of such cessation.] [Added by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 10 of 1970.]
