Per: MR.E.K.BHARAT BHUSHAN, ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER The controversy in this Original Application is owing to the contention raised by the petitioner that the enhancement from Rs.1500/- to Rs.2000 has been an enhancement in pay whereas the respondents state that this is in the form of additional allowance for discharging additional duties as Deputy Director. In view of the reply statement filed by the respondents it can be inferred, in so far as the question before the Tribunal is concerned, the order has 2 been substantially complied with. Hence CP(C) is closed. Notices stand discharged.
