Section 7(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)Any inhabitant of the market area or of the areas covered by the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 6 may, if he objects to anything contained therein, submit his objections in writing to the Government within the period specified for this purpose in the said notification.
