Section 7 in The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Act, 1313 F
7. Order for destruction of suffering animals if having regard to it is proper
When any Magistrate of the First Class has reason to believe that an offence against this Act has been committed in respect of an animal that is suffering he may direct its immediate destruction, if he is of the opinion that such direction is proper.
