Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It applies to all private schools whether aided or unaided in the State of Tamil Nadu.(4)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
