Section 2(a) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004
(a)"Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act No.36 of 2003);(aa)[ "Board" means, a State Electricity Board, constituted before the commencement of the Act, under sub-section(l) of section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (54 of 1948)] [Inserted by Commission's Notification No. TNERC/SC/7-4/dated 25.5.2007 (w.e.f. 13.6.2007)]
