Section 60(2) in The East Punjab Children Act, 1949
(2)Where no such separate court has been established the court before which a child is brought shall, even if the child is tried jointly with any other person not being a child whenever practicable, sit either in a different building or room from that in which the ordinary sittings of the court are held or on different days or at different times from those at which the ordinary sittings are held.
