Section 27(4) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(4)All moneys and other properties and all rights and interests of whatever kind, owned by, vested in, used, enjoyed or possessed by, or held in trust by or for, the Commission constituted under the West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978, and as well as all liabilities legally subsisting against the Commission under the said Act shall continue with the Commission unless otherwise provided under this Act.[Substituted by West Bengal Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 30.6.2017.]
