42. [ Power to issue directions. [Inserted by Goa Children's (Amendment) Act, 2005 [Act No. 20 of 2005].]
- The Government may, by general or special order, issue such directions as it may deem necessary in respect of matters not provided for in this Act and not inconsistent therewith.]
