Section 4(2) in The Bihar State Aid to Industries Rules, 1959
(2)The election of members of the Board under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 by associations or other bodies selected by the State Government shall be held in accordance with their own election bye-laws or rules, if any. In case where there are no such bye-laws or rules, the election shall be held in such manner as may be determined by the associations or bodies concerned.
