Section 3(2) in The Dharmsinh Desai University Act, 2005
(2)The President, the Board, the Academic Council, the Vice-Chancellor, the Deans, the Registrar and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of "The Dharmsinh Desai University, Nadiad, Gujarat".
