22. Registration of instruments effecting transfer of tenant-right and simultaneous registration of mutations.
- A Sub-Registrar, registering an instrument effecting a transfer of tenant-right, or, under the provisions of sections 64 and 65 of the Indian Registration Act, [1908] [Figures substituted for the figures '1877' by Bengal Act 1 of 1939.], receiving a memorandum of a transfer of tenant-right, shall, as Registrar of Mutations, make an entry in the Register of Mutations as if he had received a notice under section 6.
