Section 132(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)The co-operative societies Act 1965 amended from time to time in its application to Uttarakhand is hereby repealed and the provisions of section 6 and 24 of the U.P. General Clauses Act 1904, shall apply to the repeal of the U.P. co-operative societies Act 1965.
