Section 7(1) in The West Bengal State Election Commission Act, 1994.
(1)The Commission shall have such staff, made available to it by the Governor when so requested by it, as may be necessary for the discharge of the functions conferred on it by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5.
