The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 15/09/2025 at 22:36:13 Kumar Lohia and Sunil Kumar Agari, one Smt. Sushmita Agari is also arrayed as an accused in the matter and has been impleaded as Petitioner No. 2 in CRL.M.C. 9262/2024. Presently, the settlement has only been arrived at between the Complainant and the aforesaid Petitioners, namely Preet Kumar Lohia and Sunil Kumar Agari.
2. Considering the fact that there is no settlement between the Complainant and Smt. Sushmita Agari, at the request of counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.
