Section 28A(2) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)An application for International Driving Permit shall be made in Form IDP-1 accompanied by the following documents and application fee prescribed in Schedule 'A' to the licensing authority in whose jurisdiction he resides or he has his place of business :-(i)Current Indian Driving Licence valid for at least next one year:(ii)Valid International Passport:(iii)Three copies of recent photographs; and(iv)Documents in support of proof of age.
