Section 41 in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
41. Penalty for contravening regulations of the Road for National Waterways.-
If any person contravenes any of the regulations of the Road as mentioned hereinbefore, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for each contravention.
