1. This is an application filed by the appellant seeking stay of the impugned judgment 27.02.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-01, Tis Hazari Courts, West District, Delhi. On 28.05.2024, this Court while issuing notice in the appeal had granted the appellant six weeks time to deposit the decretal amount, which amount has admittedly not been deposited.
2. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 28.05.2024 stands vacated and the application stands dismissed. RFA(COMM) 219/2024
3. Learned counsel for both sides jointly pray that the matter be referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
