Section 34(5) in The Saurashtra University Act, 1965
(5)Where the application or any part thereof is granted, the order of the State Government specify the courses of instruction in respect of which the college is affiliated, and, where the application or any part thereof is refused, the grounds of such refusal shall be stated.
