Section 61(ii) in The Punjab Distillery Rules, 1932
(ii)Bottles or other vessels, in such number as may be determined by the Financial Commissioner, containing essences, colours and the like, needed for the licensee's legitimate operations, but they should be stored in the colouring and compounding materials room referred to in Rule 92.
