No.20/2009, order of the 4th respondent in RC.No.89/09483/PR.S(2)/2008-Appeal
NO.16/PR.S-(2)/2008- South Zone order No.293/2009 dated 12.06.2009 imposing
the punishment of compulsory retirement from service and quash the same and
consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to reinstate the petitioner into service
with all consequential benefits.
