01.2. Heard Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Against the order of blacklisting dated 10.08.2023 under Annexure-1 from participating in the future tender of OMDC for a minimum period of one year, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
4. Issue notice to the opposite parties in the main case as well as in the interlocutory application.
5. Steps for service of notice on the opposite parties by speed post be taken within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite parties fixing an early returnable date.
