The attention of this Court is drawn towards a typographical error which took place in the order dated February 19, 2015 and the same is corrected as follows:
The name of the respondents in the cause title "The State of West Bengal & Ors." is replaced by "Union of India & Ors."
The department is directed to take steps accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, subject to compliance with all necessary formalities.
