Section 22(1) in The Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962
(1)The employer shall constitute a Canteen Managing Committee which shall meet at least once in three months and shall advise the employer as to-(a)the quality and quantity of food stuffs to be served in the canteen;(b)the arrangement of the menus;(c)times of meals in the canteen; and(d)any other matter as may be directed by the Committee.
