(2)The [Labour Commissioner] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 1 of 1966, Section 96 (4) (i).] shall be a Corporation sole by the name of the [Labour Commissioner] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 1 of 1966, Section 96 (4) (i).], Uttar Pradesh, and shall have perpetual succession and an official seal and may sue and be sued in his corporate name.
