FACTS: 

2.  The appellant filed an RTI to seek information pertaining to allotment of plot/property No.  543/1, 543/2, 543/3, Mundka to Mr. Prem Prakash, Mr. Suraj and Mrs. Laxmi Devi during  consolidation of village Mundka in 1975­1998. The FAA directed PIO/E­SR­II, Punjabi Bagh to  provide   complete   information   who   stated   vide   his   compliance/reply   dated   21.12.2015   that  information regarding consolidation of village Mundka is available with Consolidation Officer,  District West, Rampura and information regarding property No. 543/1, 543/2, 543/3, Mundka is  not available with him. Appellant approached the Commission.  DECISION:

3. The appellant's RTI application was transferred by SDM(Hqs) to District: West.  Mr. Ajit Roy,  IAS, SDM (Punjabi Bagh) says the record pertains to the period of checkbandi and all the  record   is   available   in   the   office   of   ADM(West)/record   room,   LAC   Branch.     This   may   be  Page 1 obtained from them.  The copies of khatoni khata No.1120/1602 Min of village: Mundka for the  year 2005­06 and khata khotoni No.2607/656 Min of village: Mundka for the year 2005­06 was  given.  The Commission directs the ADM(West)/record room to provide the information sought  within 20 days from today.   The Commission also directs Kanungo, Mr. Pradeep Kumar to  coordinate with the record room officers and help the applicant.  Disposed of accordingly.
