Section 28(x) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(x)when a room is used only as a urinal it will have a minimum floor area 1.25 square metre and a minimum width of 1.6 metre. The floor and the walls of any room which is used as urinal shall be constructed of an impervious and non-absorbent material to a height of one metre;
