Sri Chandan Sharma, appearing for the respondent No.1 states that counter affidavit may be filed within three days. Sri S.K. Mishra, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Sri S.K. Mishra submits that census requires large number of employees so the date may be fixed in the matter. As prayed, list on 22dn July, 2010 as supplementary fresh. Interim order granted earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
