(3)All illegal things done in connection with the transport, possession or sale of Indian Made Foreign Liquor and Foreign Liquor or known to have been done in contravention of the provisions of the Act or the or the rules made thereunder by the servants of the Lease holder shall forthwith be reported to the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, by the lease holder and such orders regarding continuance or otherwise of such servants in service as may be issued by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent shall be carried out by the lease holder.
