Section 4(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1968
(1)The Collector shall deposit at his office and at such other places as he considers necessary, plans showing the alignment of roads declared to the scheduled for the purposes of this Act, and setting forth the nature of the restrictions, applicable to the land within five metres on their either side.
