Section 18(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1962
(1)The Board shall constitute a [Committees of courses] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 23 of 1966.], an Examination Committee, a Committee for Inspections and Affiliations and such other committees as may be prescribed by rules or regulations. The Secretary shall be an ex-officio member of each such committee.
