82. Right of Municipal Commissioner or Executive Officer and other officers to attend meeting of Municipality and Committees etc.
- The Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer, or any other officer of the municipality authorized by him in writing in this behalf, may attend any meeting of the municipality or of any committees.
