Section 16(2)(a) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982

(a)The appointment of the Chairman, Managing Director, Secretary, the Housing Chief Engineer and Chief Accounts Officer shall be made by the State Government and the appointment of other officers and employees of the Board shall be made by the Board.
