Section 10(1)(iv) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973

(iv)It the fee and the royalty payable in respect of a permit is not paid within the time prescribed by Clause (iii) the permit shall be deemed to be cancelled and the Divisional Forest Officer shall inform the applicant of such cancellation.
