                                                   ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed details of calculation dated 17.12.2018 showing that the balance amount of Rs.1,76,929/- namely, Gratuity, Commutation and leave salary at Rs.45,515/-, Rs.85,704/- and Rs.45,707/- to be settled by the respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has also filed a Calculation Memo dated 17.12.2018 stating that the respondents have paid gratuity, interest on gratuity, provident fund, commutation pension, interest on commutation, leave liability amount and interest on leave liability at Rs.7,81,733/-, Rs.1,05,630/-, Rs.7,46,473/-, Rs.3,31,693/-, Rs.36,804/-, Rs.3,71,578/- and Rs.48,376/- respectively to the petitioner.

3.This Court, finding no fault with the calculation arrived by the respondent, is inclined to close this petition, as nothing further survives for adjudication.

4.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
