Protection of persons acting under this Act .-No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against [any [member or officer or other employees][of the Board] [Substituted by Act 30 of 1966, Section 18, for " any person" (w.e.f. 16.9.1966). ] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
