130. Power to exempt societies from the operation of the Assam Money Lenders Act.

- The State Government may by a notification in the Official Gazette, exempt a registered society from any or all the provisions of the Assam Money Lenders Act, 1934 (Assam Act IV of 1934), for the time being in force.
