Section 5(2)(a) in The Maharashtra District Planning Committees (Conduct of Meetings) Rules, 1999

(a)If all the business on the agenda of the meeting of the Committee cannot be transacted on the appointed day on which the meeting is held, the Chairperson of the Committee, may convene the meeting on the subsequent day.
