(2)No material referred to in sub-section (1) shall be utilised to promote the use or sale of infant milk substitutes for [feeding bottles or infant foods] [ Substituted by Act 38 of 2003, Section 7, for " feeding bottles" (w.e.f. 1.1.2004).].
