Section 41 in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
41. Protection of action taken in good faith:- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in any court against
the University or against any authority, officer or employee of the University or against any person or body ofpersons acting under the order or direction of any authority or officer or other employee of the University for anythingwhich is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provision of this Act or the Statutes or theOrdinances.
