Section 23(2) in Andhra Pradesh Unorganized Workers' Social Security Rules, 2012
(2)When the Board is superseded, the following consequences shall follow:-(a)All the members of the Board shall, from the date of publication of the notification vacate their office.(b)The Vehicle, furniture, stationery or other movable or immovable property under the control or custody of the Chairman or Members of the Board shall immediately be restored to the Secretary under proper acknowledgement.
