16. Meetings.
(1)The meetings of the Executive Committee shall be convened by the Executive Director on the advice of the Chairman.(2)It shall meet, as often as may be necessary, at such time and place and observe such rules of procedure as may be provided in the regulations provided that it shall meet at least once in three months.(3)The quorum for the meetings of the Executive Committee shall be one third of the filled up membership in each body and decisions may be taken in the meetings by simple majority of those present and voting.Chapter-IV Directions by the Government
