Section 163A(1) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
(1)Every Zilla Parishad shall have a Zilla Sansad consisting of the following members:-(a)Pradhans of all Gram Panchayats,(b)Sabhapatis, Sahakari Sabhapatis and Karmadhyakshas of all Panchayat Samitis comprising the Zilla Parishad,(c)and all members of that Zilla Parishad.
