Section 12(3) in The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948
(3)A person referred to in clause (i) of section 4 shall cease to be a member on becoming a Minister or Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of the People or Deputy Chairman of the Council of States or when he ceases to be a member of Parliament.(3) A person referred to in clause (i) of section 4 shall cease to be a member of the Corporation, when he ceases to be a member of Parliament.
